2012 NEACSM Spring Meeting Online Registration

Payment Deadlines-
The reduced online registration rate will be valid until March 2.  From March 2-March 26, regular online registration rates will apply.  Online registration will close after March 26, 2012.  After that time, individuals will need to register on-site during the meeting and on-site registration fees apply. 

Limited Space-
Please note that space is limited for this event.  There may NOT be on-site registration available if the meeting reaches capacity prior to that time.  Register early to ensure your participation

Cancellation Policy-
50% refund available when registration cancellation is submitted in writing by March 15, 2012.  No refunds will be issued after March 15, 2012.
 

**SPECIAL NOTE for Individuals Paying Registration Fees for Someone Else-  If you are paying a registration fee on your credit card for someone else, please include your name, contact information, and credit card number on the initial billing screen and click the button to confirm.  On the confirmation page, you'll see a link to "List Registrant's name, address & e-mail here." Click that link and type the registrant's information in that box so that he/she is registered for the meeting. 
 

Payment Instructions-
Payment is collected through a secure PayPal site.  Visa, MC, AMEX, and Discover are accepted. 
1)  Choose a registration type below and click "Buy Now."
2)  If you DO NOT have a PayPal account, just enter the information requested.  Creating a PayPal account is NOT required.  However, if you do have a PayPal account, enter your login information and submit.
3)  Review your bill and confirm payment.
4)  You will receive a receipt via e-mail and may also print one from the confirmation page.  Close the window to return to the New England Chapter Web site.  
5)  Should you have any questions regarding the online registration process, contact neacsm@thocc.org.

 
Conference Registration for NEACSM Members-
Registration fee includes lunch. 

Professional - $115 USD

NEACSM New Member Registration / Renewing Member Registration-
These rates include registration to the meeting (including lunch) as well as a 1 year membership to NEACSM for those individuals who wish to join NEACSM or need to renew their NEACSM dues. 

New NEACSM / Renewing NEACSM Professional Member - $140 USD

 
New NEACSM / Renewing NEACSM Student Member - $60 USD
