This year's conference theme, "Exercise Science in the Era of Longevity: Interdisciplinary Strategies for Optimizing Healthspan," reflects one of the most exciting opportunities facing our profession today. Advances in healthcare, technology, and science continue to extend lifespan, but the true challenge, and opportunity, lies in helping individuals live healthier, stronger, and more fulfilling lives throughout those additional years. As exercise scientists, clinicians, educators, and health professionals, we are uniquely positioned to contribute to that goal.
Over this two-day conference, attendees will explore how exercise, nutrition, medicine, technology, and behavioral science intersect to influence healthspan across the lifespan. From youth development and athletic performance to healthy aging, menopause, cognition, chronic disease management, and emerging technologies, this year's program highlights the many ways our field continues to evolve while reinforcing the central role of movement and physical activity in promoting lifelong health.

Call for Abstract Submissions
Deadline: Friday, September 18th by 11:59pm ET
Abstract submissions are now open for Student and Professional presentations. Present in poster or slide/oral format. Students can compete for cash awards!
Applicants should review the documents linked below before submitting, to ensure they meet all eligibility requirements and understand submission criteria and judging expectations.

Chapter dues will automatically be added for all non-member registrants upon checkout: $15 for students and $35 for professionals.

Group Registration Instructions
To register a group, send a spreadsheet with the information below to hturner@acsm.org:

ACSM ID/Record Account number. (If the individual doesn’t have an ACSM account, they can create a free one by going to the ACSM website, www.acsm.org, and clicking the “Login” button. On the “Sign In” page, they should select “Sign Up Now” at the bottom. Once they create an account, they can see their record account number by clicking “Edit my Profile.” The Record ID is at the top of that page)

Payment for group registrations in advance is by credit card only. Once the spreadsheet has been sent, please call 317-637-9200 x138 to provide the following information: card number, expiration date, cvv code, name on the credit card, and full mailing address of the credit card being used. Group registration closes October 15th, and all registrant and payment information must be provided by that date to be processed.
