NEACSM's 2025 Fall Conference, "Wellness Within: Health and Strength from the Inside Out," will feature invited speakers and general session presenters with a focus on improving health and wellbeing from the level of the gut to the muscle to the brain. These three areas are all interconnected and by highlighting the importance of the gut microbiome and the interactions between it and the skeletal muscle and the thinking brain, we can help attendees grow a greater appreciation and understanding of all the factors that play into a healthy, well-functioning body and mind for life.
